MasterChef’s Gregg Wallace looks super ripped in a snap of his incredible body transformation shared on Tuesday.
He looks great at 55-years-old in the photo of his gym-honed physique, which shows off his bulging arm muscles and sharply defined upper back.
Gregg preached “Happy With This” as he encouraged his fans to sign up to his personal trainer Danny Rai.
The TV star vowed to stick to his health and fitness regime in 2017, and has stayed true to his word, showing off the hard-work he has put in to achieve jaw-dropping results.
“See those pullups do work mate,” one follower teased.
Another chirped in: “Mate you are two years older than me. You have definitely inspired me to get off my more than substantial a**e and do something.”
British actor Martin Bayfield was left stunned, as he commented: “Most impressive,” with a thumbs up emoji.
Just last month, Gregg announced he was down to 12 stone and 13 pounds, with a body fat percentage of only 18 percent.
Although his BMI score labels him as overweight, his body fat percentage is healthy for a man between 41 and 60 years of age – which is between 11 and 22 percent.
His weight loss comes down to a combination of training and his diet.
The star admitted he has changed his diet, cutting back on fat and choosing lean meats.
It has proved to work for him, as he used to weigh over 16 stone, and was previously a Weight Watchers ambassador.
Speaking on Good Morning Britain, he revealed: “Let’s just say there are certain things you have to cut out. I reduced the booze, I’ve had to give up fry ups and I exercise more.”
Gregg is also kept on his toes by looking after his son Sid, who is four-months-old, with wife Anne-Marie, 32.
It’s Gregg’s third child, as he shares Tom, 25, and Libby, 23 with his ex-wife Denise.
