1. Drink plenty of water
Hydrated body contains healthy organs, and ultimately a skin with healthy organs and a sound circulation of blood.
According to various researches, those who are not very concerned about their water intake are more liable for getting kidney and heart diseases, because toxic materials are not properly drained out.
If you think that you do a lot of physical exertion then you need to drink almost 7 glasses of water, this is the minimum amount but the more is always better.
After every 10 days, you need to remove the layer of dead skin cells at your face, hands and feet. Especially those areas which are exposed all the time.
You can use an exfoliator with salicylic acid if you have got oily skin and hylnauric acid for dry skin.
Each day when you go out and walk through various air pollutants, your skin suffers a lot, the carbon dioxide in the air which is highly cancerous.
If in case you do not like long cleansing sessions, you can simply, clean your face with almond oil. My mother has always used chickpea flour, crushed almonds, honey and milk, for cleansing her face and skin.
4. Eat a healthy diet
What you take in your body will affect all your organs. The skin will be working as an indicator. Fruits and vegetables rich in Omega and fatty acids are the most important ones.
You must try to have some seeds such as sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds or any other lentils after every two days, cutting down extra saturated fatty acids can also help you in securing a very healthy skin as high levels of fatty acids can disturb the blood circulation.
You must take time for yourself, stress and anger management and soring spiritually can help you in regulating the hormonal issues.
Sometimes, because of stress and anxiety our androgen level is increased which will ultimately, affect our skin. Dark circles and uneven skin tones are symptoms of stress. You must take out almost 20 to 25 minutes for sorting your inner problems.
Do not forget to moisturize your face and hands day in and day out. Moisturizing your skin, will make it strong, thus your outer body barrier will get stronger.
Dry skin can be a cause of allergy and eczema specially in winters, thus along with keeping your body hydrated you must also work on keeping it moisturized all the time.
7. Use sunscreen
Due to increased level of pollution, the ozone layer is damaged and ultimately our skin is exposed to ultraviolet radiations. Which are very harmful for us, thus, you must wear sunscreens while moving out of your house.
