For many of us, getting into shape was a New Years’ resolution.
Doing more exercise and eating healthily was in order.
Four weeks into 2020 and many of us have already given up.
But some people will still be going strong.
One man that’s certainly still keeping to his New Year’s resolution to better himself is former Manchester United player Patrice Evra.
This week, the Frenchman posted his three-week body transformation – and it’s pretty remarkable.
Evra explains that his ‘before’ picture is “Patrice eating really badly, no gym for one month.”
While on the right is “Patrice doing his own fitness programme for 3 weeks.”
Just look at the difference.
It’s worth noting that Evra is attempting to sell his own fitness guide called “No Excuses.”
His £20 e-guide gives tips on nutrition with 20 meal examples as well as eight weeks of workouts.
Evra says: “I didn’t become a champion by accident, I learnt a lot over my 20 year career and have put it down on paper.
“No Excuses is packed with my real life experience, letting you in on what I did to be so successful for so long and how you can apply that to your own life.”
Evra is currently doing his coaching badges at United, working alongside Neil Ryan, who coaches the Under-18s.
After joining, the former left-back claimed that he wouldn’t to make sure the youngsters knew the importance of playing for Manchester United.
“I want to make all the players know when you wear that shirt you understand the history on your back.
“I’m here to make sure people understand what it means to play for this club.”
