FORMER WWE star Ryback has shown off his remarkable seven-week body transformation.
The outspoken 293lbs star, known as ‘The Big Guy’ for being just that, always drew stares on the circuit for his huge physique.
And having turned to veganism, the 39-year-old is looking in the shape of his life.
Alongside a mirror selfie showing off his ripped abs, he wrote: “7 weeks Vegan and bodyweight is 292 lbs.
“I just keep seeing improvements and energy increasing even more.
“Conditioning is at a very high level cardio wise and don’t have any intentions of eating animal or dairy products.
“Lab work completed yesterday, so will see where we are at.”
Ryback worked for the WWE for 12 years, before his stint came to an end in 2016.
He enjoyed success, even holding the title of Intercontinental Champion.
But since his departure, he has been scathing of the organisation, and its CEO Vince McMahon.
He caused controversy on a Twitter Q&A earlier this year for suggesting things will be better when the 75-year-old dies.
Ryback wrote: “It was ALWAYS the talent. He just created a platform as a human circus that he modified from his father.
“The guy is a piece of s***, can’t stress this enough. World will be a better place when he passes.
“This isn’t wishing death, but stating an opinion I believe to be true.”
Ryback now does occasional work on the independent scene.
